Camping competition wrap up

To get ready for Easter Holidays and the Dry Season, throughout March we ran a competion to ask you to share your favourite camping spots.


Now it's time to share some of those incredbile camping locations - from the Top End right down to the Red Centre.

Dundee Beach

Week 1 Winner - Jimmy Stewert

"Dundee is one of the best place to unwind with your family".

West MacDonnell Ranges

Week 2 Winner - Mathilde C

"Our best trip was when we were driving along the West Macdonnell Ranges, we loved camping there, near these scenic gorges. We had so much fun discovering all the spots, hiking to admire this vast land".

"Swimming in the cold icy freshwater, and going to explore the canyon of Redbank Gorge. Of course, we loved watching amazing sunsets and million of stars in the sky, after a warm meal!".

Roper River

Week 3 Winner - Robert Busby

"Since 2012, I have travelled to the magnificent Roper River with my family and friends to get amongst the fantastic fishing to be had and remote camping ambience. It is truly a wonderful location".
